Refund policy

Digital Downloads — No Returns

All products sold by Books by Bowers are digital downloads (PDF eBooks) delivered instantly to your inbox. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a purchase has been made and the file has been delivered.

Exceptions

If you experience a technical issue with your download (e.g. file not received or corrupted file), please contact us within 30 days of purchase using our Contact page and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without justification, provided the digital content has not yet been accessed or downloaded. Once the download has been accessed, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
